Put IT In Perspective: IDG Enterprise announced the CIO Perspectives schedule for 2016: 24 February in Dallas; 9 March in Atlanta; 20 April in NYC; 11 May in San Francisco; 8 June in Reston, VA; 20 July in Boston; 21 September in Chicago; 19 October in Orange County; 9 November in Houston. According to event producers, CIO magazine and the CIO Executive Council, these Forums allow CIOs and senior executives to “collaborate on business and technology issues ranging from the impact of local economic conditions to the most pressing national trends affecting IT in the enterprise.”
And FOCUS!: In 2016 the RSA Conference, taking place from 29 February – 4 March in San Francisco, will test a few new session formats. The Focus-On series will allow attendees to continue the conversation about the most popular topics each afternoon. This series will bring attendees and popular session presenters back together for a smaller group discussion and Q&A.
WIRED for 2016: WIRED Magazine has announced its event schedule for 2016. It has also indicated that it plans to introduce two new events in the coming year: WIRED Security and WIRED Energy.
