Motoring into Detroit: Forbes has started to share its speaker lineup for its Under 30 Summit, which will include Steve Case, Serena Williams and the CEOs of Waymo, Allbirds, and ThirdLove (to name a few). Earlier this year, Forbes announced that the conference, which is scheduled for 27 – 30 October, will be moving to Detroit at least through 2021. The event had been in Boston for the past several years and Philadelphia before that. Forbes notes that the move “recognizes the important role entrepreneurs and innovators are playing in reinventing and reimagining the Motor City.” More details on the lineup may be found here.
Podcast to Presentation: The team behind the TWIML AI Podcast (a.k.a. This Week in Machine Learning & AI) will be hosting their first conference from 1 – 2 October at the Mission Bay Conference Center in San Francisco, CA. This new event, called TWIMLcon: AI Platforms, has its roots in a series of interviews on the topic of AI Platforms published back in the fall of 2018.
