Linux Travels to India: The Linux Foundation has announced that they will be hosting their first ever KubeCon + CloudNativeCon India in Delhi from 11-12 December 2024! They have hosted KubeDay India and Kubernetes Forums previously, but the December event will be their first multiday conference. They expect approximately 3,000 developers, architects, and technical leaders onsite as well as thousands to participate virtually. Open to New Content: When Open Source Summit Europe heads to Vienna on 16-18 September it will feature some new content. They have added an Unconference Track, which offers participant driven conversations vs an expert-centered structure of a traditional conference session. OSS Europe will also offer three new Microconferences. One on Digital Trust, a Standards & Specification Forum and a micro conference called TechDocsCon, for those interested in best practices for open source project documentation processes and communication.
